KICKIN’ UP SOME FUN WITH MARTIAL ARTS!
This 12 week semester will teach martial arts as a form of self defense, philosophy and physical conditioning. These attributes have an emphasis on reflex development, timing, hand-eye coordination, balance and a sense of well being. Basic skills and forms will be stressed to offer students a balance in training. The benefits of martial arts include strength, flexibility, self-confidence, concentration, self-awareness, and improved physical fitness. Register for either Tuesday/Thursday or Saturday only classes.
