Day Camp for Children of Essential Business Personnel

During these unprecedented times, the YMCA is there for those who need us the most. This includes our essential bussiness and their families. We are able to provide Child Care/Day Camp for children of essential business personnel who cannot otherwise find child care during this time. Pre-registration is required daily. Ages: 3-12 yrs. (must be potty trained)

Location: Washington County Family YMCA Campus

Hours: 6:30a-7:00p, M-F (closed on Memorial Day, May 25th)

Pricing & Financial Assistance: Daily rate of $40/child

What are parents can expect:

  • Engaging, hands-on activities both indoors & outdoors
  • Regular cleaning of surfaces & high touch items
  • Healthy lunch & afternoon snack provided by the YMCA
  • Social distancing games that include physical activity & hands-on engagement
  • Increased hand washing
  • Staff & students practicing social distancing
  • Temperature & well checks upon arrival
  • Drop-off & pick-up in the lobby
  • Smaller ratios
  • Help with E-learning assignments (students required to bring necessary items)

Essentials for care:

  • Reusable water bottle
  • Daily clothes for indoor & outdoor play (includes shoes for outdoor activities)
  • E-learning materials
