Adult Martial Arts

This class is tailored to adults and focuses on fundamentals of Martial Arts. Participants will work on increasing their strength, agility, personal fitness, endurance and focus. This 6 week course promises to get your blood pumping and energy level up with a full body work out.

Wednesdays: 7-8pm

Restorative Yoga is a wonderful compliment to the dynamic and muscular styles of yoga and offers deeper stimulation to target connective tissues. This practice is suited for all levels. Instructor Lekisha Robbins has over 500 hours of Yoga Practice and provides a variety of yoga experience to her practice.
